for The Jimmy Fund

Tournament Story |
It all started with a desire to help fund cancer research. What could our local community do to help find a cure for a disease that has touched so many people?
A miniature golf marathon, of course!
In the prior four years, this event has raised over $124,000 for cancer research. This huge number comes from lots of hard work, passion, help from our community, and 296 mini-golf putters!
We chose Dana Farber Cancer Institute as the recipient of our event’s proceeds because they are a local, well known facility that is making important strides every day in cancer research. They share their findings with other facilities, and many of our area hospitals follow the protocols established by them. Their findings help both children and adults who are fighting cancer.
The Putt-a-thon for The Jimmy Fund operates with a committed group of individuals, volunteers, local business sponsors, and of course the mini-golfers. It’s easy to become a part of this fun and purposeful event – contact us for more information.
