In-Person Putt-a-Thon Information

Each putter is asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges to participate in the 18-hole mini golf putt-a-thon. 
We are hoping this part of the hybrid event will feel just like old times - mini-golf fun, listening to the DJ play music, strolling through the silent auction tent, and grabbing snacks along the way!

Wave #1:
Registration & Welcome: 2:00-2:30pm
Shotgun Start: 2:30pm

Wave #2:
Registration & Welcome: 4:30-5:00pm
Shotgun Start: 5:00pm

Location: Belchertown Common (Main St, between Jabish St and Walnut St, Belchertown, MA 01007

Register Online:

• To register as a putter or make a gift, please visit our online registration form.
• Please make sure to select a Golf Start Time from the drop-down menu.
• In the Registration Levels table at the bottom of the form, please fill in the number 1 in the quantity box next to the appropriate level (see the Sponsorships page for more info).
•  If you would simply like to register as a single putter, put the number 1 next to Sponsor Putter/Make a Gift.
  • You can either make a donation to the event by entering a gift amount in the Sponsor Putter/Make a Gift Amount field or leave it as $0.00 to simply register as a putter and collect pledges from other supporters.
• Click the Next button to continue to payment and submit.
